This deck of digital A6 cards contains 21 yoga inspired asana you can use during labour. These positions are regularly practised throughout LushTums yoga classes, with who I trained with. There is a brief description on the back of the card suggesting when to use the position and how. 
Remember - these positions are not to be used as a checklist during labour but rather practise them now so they become an instinct during labour.
