Shipping Policy
All Eldie Creative products are made to order. This helps me create thoughtfully and avoid holding unnecessary stock and creating excess waste.
​Production & Dispatch
Production times vary depending on the product.
Wallpaper is printed on demand in Sydney, Australia and generally requires 3–7 working days for production before dispatch.
Home décor products, including cushions, cotton throws and selected Small Editions, generally dispatch within approximately 2–3 working days.
Orders are not generally processed on weekends or major public holidays.
Please remember that production times and shipping times are separate.
Delivery
Estimated free delivery after dispatch for home decor printed in the UK is generally:

Australia, United States and New Zealand: 3–6 working days

Other destinations: approximately 3–10 working days depending on the product, destination and delivery service
For wallpapers printed in Australia delivery after dispatch is generally:

For international orders, shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery of the order and will be calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times will depend on the place of delivery of the order and the times established by the shipping companies.

These timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by couriers, postal services, customs or circumstances outside Eldie Creative's reasonable control can occasionally occur.
If your delivery is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact cat@eldiecreative.com and I will reasonably assist you in investigating the delivery with the relevant carrier.
International Orders
Eldie Creative currently ships selected products to Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and selected European destinations.
Availability and shipping destinations vary depending on the product.
Fabric and products for destinations not available through the online checkout may also be available. Please contact cat@eldiecreative.com to enquire.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Some international duties and taxes have already be included within the product price or shipping arrangements.
However, international orders may occasionally be subject to additional import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges have not been collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
If you discover an error, contact cat@eldiecreative.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been dispatched, I will make reasonable efforts to update the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, it may not be possible to redirect it. Eldie Creative is not responsible for additional delivery or replacement costs resulting solely from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, except where required by law.
